Better than its predecessor Donkey Kong Country
Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest was released by Rare in 1995. This installment is the successor to the popular Donkey Kong Country. The biggest difference now is the characters you play with, namely Diddy Kong & Dixie Kong. This game was also released for the Gameboy Advance in 2004.

The story is that Donkey Kong has been kidnapped and best friends Diddy & Dixie must rescue him. The game is also a bit more challenging than the first part. The soundtrack is delightful, and the challenges are refreshing!

Definitely a must-have for your collection, of course complete in box ;-)

In the game, you play as either Diddy Kong or the new Dixie Kong.

The game features a total of 8 worlds with around 50 levels. Donkey Kong Country 2 also boasts an amazing soundtrack, similar to what we saw in the first game in the series, enhancing the game's atmosphere even further.

Overall, a very enjoyable game and definitely a recommendation if you liked the first game.

Donkey Kong Country from 1994 was so good that it got a sequel just a year later! This time, it has a menacing pirate theme!

The evil captain of the crocodile clan, the Kremlings, Kaptain K.Rool, has kidnapped Donkey Kong to the dark pirate nest Crocodile Isle! It's up to DK's buddy Diddy and his girlfriend Dixie to rescue him! Easier said than done -- the island is swarming with cunning Kremling pirates and other creepy creatures who have made this terrain their home! Diddy and Dixie will have to traverse an underground volcano, a dark swamp, and other treacherous environments to save their buddy DK. There's even a rickety indoor amusement park!

This platform game released in 1995 is full of humor and features a fun group of characters that will assist the Kongs and the player in their adventure. If you enjoy platformers or pirate adventures, Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest is a real must-play!

Even Better
I highly recommend Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest. Personally, I find the second installment of the Donkey Kong series much more enjoyable than the first one! In this part, you'll encounter even more challenges, better levels, the game is even more well-crafted.
